To Raise Footrest Pull up hidden handle on right side between seat & arm to pop up footrest Press & hold arm’s inset button to automatically raise footrest
To Recline Firmly push backwards with your upper body Continue to press & hold arm’s inset button
To Return to the Upright Position Shift your upper body to upright, then firmly push your heels downward for the footrest to click back down Press & hold the other inset button on the arm

To keep your hands free, our manual recliners are designed to utilize your body weight to recline & stay reclined. You may find it easier to recline if you remove the lumbar pillow & sit at the very back of the seat, then use your upper body to gently push back & recline. As soon as you lean forward, the recline will return upright.

No. Our motorized recliners are cordless & only need to be plugged in to re-charge. To re-charge, plug in for 8 hours every 6-8 weeks.

No. Like most re-chargeable batteries, it is best to unplug once fully charged to maintain battery performance.

Super comfortable, high quality glider

"I've been eyeing this glider since I was pregnant with my first, and finally pulled the trigger on it for my fifth. I wish I'd gotten it sooner! It is super comfortable and great for those late night baby rocking sessions. Way better on the back to be in a nice chair like this than sitting in bed with a newborn. I got it in a lovely boucle fabric which feels very high end and durable. The clean lines of this chair are just perfect. We are planning on moving it into our living room when it's no longer needed in the nursery, and think it will look fabulous."

The perfect chair

"We purchased this glider a few months ago but I wanted to wait until I put it to use with my newborn before leaving a review. This chair is wonderful. Despite the compact size and streamlined look (perfect for our current small apartment) it is extremely comfortable. Though I can’t compare to other options, I suspect this chair is more supportive than typical nursery gliders due to the upright back and firm seat. I’m 5’8 and the back and arm rests are perfect. The swivel feature is a huge plus in order to move around and grab things from a side table while nursing. I also went for the manual recline- while it’s true that reclining past the baseline recline requires sustained effort to keep in place, I actually prefer not being able to recline further as I don’t intend (and try avoid) sleeping in the chair. I find it reclines the perfect amount for my needs. And lastly the glide- perfection. So smooth. I love this chair and know it will be a special place for my child and I for years to come. I hope to purchase another in the future!"

"My favourite nursery item. I would maybe choose the motorized one if I could have a do-over because as with non-motorized recliners the recline is a bit jarring (not ideal with a baby) but still overall quality is amazing. As others have said the arm-rest is a bit low but not a deal breaker."
