"We’re really happy with our chair. The Vera glider is so comfortable, and the backrest is high enough to provide excellent neck support. My husband and I are both 6 feet tall, and the dimensions of the chair work well. We bought this specific chair for the larger width, and it’s perfect to sit while holding our newborn with our 3 year old next to me. Highly recommend!"
"I purchased the Vera Glider for our baby’s room and am very pleased with the design, size, and quality. I am petite (5’2”) and was looking for a chair that allowed my back to be supported and my feet to touch the ground - this one fits and supports me very well. The Vera was my choice to have a bit more room width wise for when our kid gets bigger and wants to sit and read books with me. Overall very pleased!"
"This chair is very comfortable and stylish. I got the orange colour and love it! We have a small home so it is in our living room and it looks great and everyone comments on how comfy it is (without realizing it is a nursing chair). I find the back pillow really supportive and relaxing to lay into. My only complaint is I wish it had a break so it doesn’t go down when trying to stand. I had a c section so I had to be very careful standing up with baby from sitting. This is an issue with most nursing chairs though. Now that I am 6 months post partum it is fine but I couldn’t use the chair regularly until I was fully healed and got my “mom muscles”!"
"This glider is perfect! The sheepskin fabric is beautiful in person and the overall quality of the piece is evident. We love so much that it is made here in Canada and was a main reason for choosing to purchase from Monte over other competitors. Extra kudos to the team for getting our glider & ottoman shipped to us ahead of schedule, too!"
"We’re very happy with our chair. It is well made and there are great fabric selections! We also got the gliding ottoman which makes it very comfortable. There was a small issue where the wrong base had been attached but they quickly rectified the issue."
"Vert confortable, excellent quality , love it !"
"Very happy with this glider, it looks great and is incredibly comfortable. We got it in part because my husband is 6’5” and it comfortably fit him as well."
"I couldn’t be happier with the Monte Vera Glider. It’s incredibly comfortable—even during long feeds or reading sessions—and the smooth gliding motion is just perfect. The design is stylish and fits beautifully into our nursery, adding a modern yet cozy touch. I also love that it’s made in Canada; the craftsmanship really shows. Highly recommend for anyone looking for both function and aesthetics in a glider."
"Very comfortable and looks great!"
"I have bought two of these… one for myself and one as a gift for my soon-to-be-mom best friend. The comfort, modern but minimal look, the quality of the craftsmanship, are all unbeatable. But what continues to blow my mind is how easy the fabric is to clean. We have used this chair for everything/everyone and it looks like new after 3 years. Everything wipes off with just water, yet the velvet it feels so soft and natural (not like plastic/spill-proof usually does!) I adore this chair and would recommend to anyone who can afford to make the splurge…"
