What’s the difference between the ”Dorma Daybed” and the “Dorma Daybed Sofa”?

Our Dorma Daybed is sold as a bed with same-height head & footboards, no mattress, and standard side rails (add an optional backrail to make it more like a sofa). Our Dorma Daybed Sofa package is sold as a complete set — a bed with same-height head & footboards, mattress, matching mattress cover, backrail, 2 large back cushions, 2 bolster pillows & 2 throw pillows.

How long does it take to assemble a Daybed or Daybed Sofa?

About 10 - 15 minutes & no tools are needed (it will probably take longer to unpack the daybed because it’s so well protected for shipping!).

Can I add a trundle?

Yes! Our Dorma Daybed & Dorma Daybed Sofa are designed to have our trundle fit perfectly underneath for additional sleeping or storage.

Can I add a Toddler Guardrail to a daybed?

Yes! An optional add-on Toddler Guardrail can be added to a Daybed or Daybed Sofa. When no longer needed, simply swap out the guardrail for the original standard side rail that your daybed came with.
